20 module 5days (40hours) in classroom or virtual course covering 5 business areas Unit Supply, Property Book, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Material Management. Ideal for military personnel and DoD civilian end users.
Commanders Course
The purpose of this course is to provide
commanders with knowledge of the GCSS-Army system to manage organization property. The course will provide the skills to assist commanders in managing supply operations.
GCSS-Army Supply Courses
GCSS-Army Property Book
The purpose of this course is to provide
supply personnel with knowledge of the GCSS-Army system to manage organization property. The course will provide the skills to assist property book personnel in managing supply operations.
S4 Course
The purpose of this course is to provide S4
personnel with knowledge of the GCSS-Army system to help them manage BNs and above property. The course will provide the skills to assist S4 personnel in managing supply operations.
GCSS-Army Unit Supply
The purpose of this course is to provide
supply personnel with knowledge of the GCSS-Army system to help them manage organization supply. The course will provide the skills to assist supply personnel in managing supply operations.
Global Combat Support System (GCSS) G-Army Maintenance
GCSS-Army Equipment
Records Parts Specialist (ERPS)
This course provides training experience on
the GCSS-Army system from an Operator’s
perspective. The course will provide the skills to assist operators in managing the unit’s maintenance operations and equipment readiness through the use of GCSS-Army functionality.
GCSS-Army Maintenance Manager
This course provides training experience on
the GCSS-Army system from a Maintenance
Manager’s perspective. The course will provide the skills to assist operators in managing the unit’s maintenance operations. Students will learn man-hour costing and how to ensure all costs are captured for all services provided by a maintenance operation. Proper accountability of all maintenance personnel to ensure staffing level is maintained. Managers will learn to access all reports to provide accurate
equipment readiness.
